A small group of friends, calling themselves The Wheelers, patrol the streets on their skateboards to protect their neighbourhood from vandals and criminals. One day they meet BUFO, a friendly alien on the run from the sinister Air Defence Bureau.
Convinced of their newfound friend's innocence, the Wheelers decide to help him take on the Bureau.
